We make every effort to provide accurate representations of our products and services. However, colors, materials, engraving appearance, wood grain, marble veining, and other characteristics may vary from what appears on your screen or in product photographs.
Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood and stone. Natural variations in grain, color, pattern, texture, knots, and veining are expected and make each item unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Personalized products may also vary slightly in appearance depending on the name, text, logo, artwork, or other personalization requested.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Emerald Wood Designs reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Emerald Wood Designs confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information carefully before submitting your order, including names, dates, spelling, capitalization, numbers, monograms, and other custom information.
We generally create personalized products using the information submitted with your order. Emerald Wood Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.
Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Many of our products are personalized or custom-made and require processing before shipment.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Most products sold by Emerald Wood Designs are personalized or custom-made specifically for the customer. Personalized and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when we have made an error in fulfilling the order.
Non-personalized and non-customized items may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the requirements described in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product photographs, reviews, videos, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Emerald Wood Designs, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Emerald Wood Designs' names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Emerald Wood Designs or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

If you provide us with a logo, image, design, photograph, text, trademark, or other material for personalization, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that customer-provided materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Emerald Wood Designs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Emerald Wood Designs.
